Star Online: Live Completion Feedback

We are looking to revamp the Live Completion feature of the Star Online and we need your feedback to make it the best it can be.
What is the opportunity?
We are teaming up with our new research agency partner Usertopia, to conduct research into how we can improve the Live Completion feature of the Star Online.
We’re seeking individuals to join our research community to take part in various research activities for this project between the 10th and 21st of October.
Who are Usertopia?
Usertopia are a digital design agency working in the tech-for-good sector. Their mission is to make a difference by designing products people love. They work on some amazing projects, from designing charity and public sector apps and websites, to helping the development of new assistive technologies.

What is our research community?
Our research community is a network of our customers just like you that have signed up to take part in research activities to help us make the Star Online better for you! We are working hard to make sure our members’ voices and opinions are heard and included in the Star Online.
We make this happen by using your stories and experiences to prioritise what comes next in our road map. By signing up to join our research community and adding your voice into the equation, you can help shape the future of our products, and ensure your opinion is counted.

Feedback Survey
Time to complete: 10 minutes
Date: 10/10/2022 – 21/10/2022
After joining our research community, the first activity we will send over to you is our feedback survey. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will give us a really good baseline knowledge of how the Live Completion feature is currently being used. We’d love to hear your feedback!
One-To-One Feedback
Time to complete: 30 mins – 1 hour
Date: 10/10/2022 – 21/10/2022
We have a variety of more hands-on feedback activities that we would love for you to get involved in, including: 1-2-1 informal discussions, completing an activity while we observe your approach, and keeping a diary of your experience of using the Star Online. Once you have signed-up to our community we will send each opportunity over to you and you can opt into as many as you wish to!
Design Workshops (Coming Soon)
Time to complete: 1 hour
Date: November 2022
Our Design Workshops give you the chance to get involved in proactively coming up with ideas to improve the Live Completion feature.
Solution Testing (Coming Soon)
Time to complete: 1 hour
Date: January 2022
Once we’ve decided what the updates to the Live Completion feature are going to be, we need you to test it out before we roll it out to everyone!
