In order for us to learn how the website is being used, and by how many people we have installed an analytics package provided by Matomo. We have chosen Matomo as they are ethically inspired and privacy first unlike providers like Google Analytics.

We do not collect your personal data through analytics, we only register the fact you have viewed the page and what buttons you have clicked on.

As explained the privacy notices attached to each form you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

With regards to analytics, you are able to request a sample to see what we data we have access to, however as this is aggregated and anonymised data you are not able to request we erase this.
